How to Find a Good Nanny?

This past summer, I watched in horrifying amusement as my friend went from interview to interview, each worse than the next. She was looking forward to returning to work after an extended maternity leave. Alas, she had to extend it a month longer. She was afraid it was going to be even longer than that until another friend (and mother) of ours who has been happily employed told us about Nannies4Hire – a database designed for our very purposes. Now, she’s just returning to work and the family couldn’t be happier with Julie.
