Dancing Samba Baby

Is this real or manipulated? Some have been wondering if this adorable dancer, but ridiculously soulful baby is not actually a baby at all. Or at least a baby that belongs in diapers. More likely, that it is a talented 3 or 4 year-old wearing diapers for effect.
